Creators must be at least 18 and control a public Instagram, TikTok, or X account with at least 10,000 followers. Counts from different accounts are not combined.

- If we cannot read the follower count, approval stays pending further verification. A self-reported number is not enough.

A follower count is eligibility evidence, not a guarantee of offline reach or sales.

Confirm your email, business name, and authority to represent the brand. Add your unique code to your public business website or page so we can check control.
Page ownership does not establish legal registration, financial standing, or the right to use someone else’s trademark. Brands are responsible for having permission to use the artwork they supply.

The event and dates, exact surface and size, proposed price, artwork approval, who prints and ships the branding, deadlines, exclusivity, and required photos. Additional social posts are included only when explicitly agreed.
Payment status: early access
Checkout, fund holding, refunds, and creator payouts are not enabled. An accepted offer records interest and proposed terms; it does not confirm a paid booking. Do not pay or start paid work through this preview.
Before paid campaigns launch, checkout must show the total price, any platform fee and production costs, cancellation/refund terms, and payout timing. Payment-provider identity checks are separate from Momento profile verification.
When an automatic check fails
Some social platforms limit access to public profiles. A failed check does not mean you are ineligible. Check your link and public bio, try another eligible platform, or use the application review process. We do not promise instant approval.
Your private information stays private
Verification applications are visible to you and authorized reviewers. Never submit passwords, identity documents, or payment credentials in your application. Profile checks use public pages.
